Be real and make schools accountable for slow students education. In Texas, some parents are told after testing that their children cannot get help because the student is doing the best he or she can and they are scored border line on the test and the state law says that they are not eligable to get special help. What does that matter in a test when it is proven that a child 13 years old cannot read and is frustrated in a regular class and cannot keep up. Every child need help and should not be left behind because of a stupid test that supposely says that they are border line in passing a test to determine if the qualify for help and they are doing the best that they can. That tells you right there that they need help if they are doing the best that they can.
