I am concerned about the dangers of the MALAHAT part of the Trans Canada Highway. In ten years 14 people have lost their lives on the Malahat and most could have been avoided by erecting concrete barriers on this treacherous highway. Concrete barriers must be put up immediately on dangerous stretches where the highway does not need to be widened to make the Malahat lifeline safer for the ever increasing traffic.
