We believe that the SwiftIRC server administrator, hereby known as "Marius", be impeached from his position. Marius has demonstrated on several occasions that he is not capable of fulfilling his administrative duties with maturity.
Upon several occasions, the administrator Marius has, as many would say, abused his power. We will not go into details as many of these 'incidents' should be common knowledge of the SwiftIRC administration.
We realize Marius' contributions pertaining to the server "Talon", and its benefit to the European user base, but believe that his immature child-like behaviour is getting in the way of fulfilling his duties as a server administrator. We believe that if Marius (and all associated properties) are disassociated with SwiftIRC, the current user base will suffer less power abuse, outweighing the cons of the loss of the server.
