Please open the Navan railway line immediately as traffic levels in Meath and on approaches to Dublin such as Blanchardstown are at crisis point.
Phase 1 of the plan to Dunboyne (due to be completed by 2009) isn't a real rail solution for Meath as 9/10 of the 4-mile line will be in Dublin.
I believe that the entire Navan railway must be reopened as soon as possible, and protection provided for all of the county's other railway alignments.
Meath's population is more than 10,000 higher than forecast for 2011. Please deliver our railway now.
