We, meaning baseball fans across the UNITED STATES do herbby petition MLB to take a stronger LEADING ROLE in allowing FOX GAMES to be broadcasted on MLB EXTRA INNINGS to OUT OF STATE REGIONS.
Moreover, we also petition that paying subsribers to Dish and Direct TV are allowed to see the REBROADCASTING of said games if the subscriber has access to what is a normally viewed channel and not have the game blacked out.
Moreover, we, with strength in numbers will NOT re-register extra innings packages nor sign up with MLB.com for the 2006 season if this is not erraticated as soon as possible.
Furthermore, we will boycott advertisements, endorse Tivo and Personal Video recorders to skip commercials as well as write letters to local and regional advertisers that we will NOT be buying their products.
