Monolith Decommission

This is a petition to all C'Tan (both awake and any that are still slumbering as they have for the last 50,000,000 years) that they immediately stop the use of the vehicle known in Imperium of Man documentation as the "Monolith". This weapon is simply too confusing due to its unique ability to target an individual contrary to the rules of war. This is further compounded by the Necron Lords being unable to take full advantage of the teleportation ability because squad sizes are often too large for the teleported unit to deploy, causing unnecessary deaths.
