Petition for the Benefit of Mothers
To: The Judicial Systems of the U.S.
Mothers who are caught in raging, continuous custody fights would like to point out the following:
1. THERE IS A CONTINUING BIAS IN THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM AGAINST MOTHERS;
2. Fighting constant and continuous custody battles takes away valuable time from raising our children;
3. The costs of constant and continuous custody battles takes away valuable resources which could and should be used for raising our children;
4. Mediation of those battles also continues to be an expense that takes away valuable resources which could and should be used for raising our children;
5. Fathers often have more resources and political clout than mothers;
6. Custody over children is an angry and hostile situation;
7. Fathers in most instances do NOT want to share custody but seek to eliminate their childs mother from their life;
8. Joint Custody merely perpetuates this angry and hostile environment;
9. No child should have to endure this;
10. When fathers remarry they are not the primary caretaker of the children; their second wife becomes his surrogate parent;
11. His second wife is expected by him to replace the childrens biological mother;
THEREFORE, the Mothers of the US should NOT be overlooked in the judicial system; parenting is a partnership between TWO biological parents and when Fathers refuse to accept the childs biological mother, no custody arrangement will work.
