I hereby demand that the freedom of speech, practice, and group consult that is given by www.myspace.com be given back. Recently the groups under Pro-Ed's (Eating Disorder's) have been canceled. As there are many groups with further hateful and discriminating profiles among the general myspace groups section. And in comparison to whole of groups we are a huge support group for those who suffer ed's or know someone who suffers. As many people use these groups to resist their urges as an ana/mia/coe, and/or help themselves better lose wieght and consult with health concerns. I feel that if these groups are no longer available not only will problems arise for those people using these groups to such an extent of support in times of need, it will lead us where there is no one else to turn to. And where as many people have closet eating disorders its a place to vent and feel like your one. It may appear as a small percentage of groups but the amount of support is unmeasurable. So I hearby ask you return not only our freedoms as internet go-ers but also our sanity and support.

We are not promoting suicide. We are just helping others with the same disorders live and cope with thier eating disorder. For most of us it's the only outlet we have to blow off steam and talk to people who understand what we are going through.
