We call on the City of Toronto Council to request a review by NAV Canada and the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure, and Communities with respect to changes implemented by NAV Canada Feb. 9th 2012, affecting airspace redesign in the Toronto arrivals traffic pattern. The net result has been an INTOLERABLE situation with significant noise from Pearson arrivals traffic over homes in Toronto and affecting our enjoyment of property and sleep patterns.
The information collected from this petition will assist Toronto City Council as to the impact the NAV Canada changes have made to residents of Toronto.
