Dear reader,
As an artist, I like to make fan-art and characters based off of TV Shows, video games, etc. However, a new copyright law is in progress of being passed, stating that you cannot make fan-arts of famous shows and games without the permission of the companies, as well as characters of our own. The punishment being up to 5 years in jail, and possibly a fine. That's jail-time for drawing a simple picture! Art has a big impact on everything in life, like movies, books, plays, construction, & writing. This law will affect the art industry in a major way. I'm simply not demanding, but asking if you would sign this petition to stop this copyright law. Artistry is what makes everything what it is.
