New Indiana Curfew Law

The State of Indiana has no curfews for minors! That doesn't make society better. That doesn't keep teenagers from causing trouble. As a mother of 2 I support curfew laws. Not having a curfew law causes more trouble for the community. My neighborhood is a safe neighborhood. But there are bikes stolen during the night out of people's front yards! My daughters was stolen a few months ago. My neighbor had 2 bikes stolen this month. There's teenagers riding their bikes at 2:00A.M. There's teenagers stealing from people while their sleeping. We need a curfew law! The ACLU has claimed that it's unconstitutional because it violates a minor's first amendment law. The curfew used to be children under 18 have to be home on school nights by 11:00 P.M. On weekends they were allowed out until 1:00 A.M. There were exceptions. Children at work, with their parents, or emergencies were some exceptions. But the law didn't keep kids from getting arrested if the police didn't see them participate in the activity. So just change the law! Don't stop the law!
