New Law for Persons who kill Law Enforcement Officers

We the undersigned petitioners being full and legal residents of The United States of America feel the following:
1) The murder of a Law Enforcement Officer shall become a Federal Crime
2) Any person that is arrested for the murder of a Law Enforcement Officer shall automatically be tried in a Federal Court without State interference
3) That ANY Person convicted of murdering a Law Enforcement Officer shall be executed in accordance with the prevailing execution law of the United States with in twelve (12) weeks of their conviction unless JUST cause is presented.
4) Any possessions of said convicted person shall be sold at a public auction within the home state and town of murdered officer and all proceeds shall goto the murdered officer's family.
