This is a petition brought to whom ever this may concern by all those who have signed. This petition sole purpose is to serve as a request for a change in one aspect of the Ninjaserve.org WC3FT Counter-Strike: Source server. We, the undersigned, request that the "cool down time" of the skill of "Teleport" of the race of "Human Alliance" be changed from 10 seconds to 2 seconds.
We, the undersigned, believe that waiting 10 seconds to "Teleport" coupled with "Teleport Lightening Tracer" is unfair to the race. We, the Undersigned, feel that if the "cool down time" be lowered, it would balance the race.
