Mr. Mayor, Madam Supervisor and Members of the Village and Town Boards of Cazenovia:
Due to the limited public comment period available for the Pioneer Annexation request, we, the undersigned, have added our names to this petition because we wish to go on record as agreeing to the following findings:
1) We are current residents of the Village and/or Town of Cazenovia, New York.
2) We place great value in the unique features of this community, including its historic charm, quaint Albany Street business district, and beautiful and essential greenbelt.
3) We do not believe Pioneer has provided sufficient information on the proposed development for the Village or Town Boards to assess the potential impacts on our community and on our environment.
4) We believe the proposed Pioneer annexation is not in the over-all public interest, and therefore we urge you to vote NO to the Pioneer annexation petition.
