Official Complaint to Starhub - re last minute change of Live Match

We hereby make an official complaint with regard to the last minute live screening change on CH22 SuperSports from Chelsea v Newcastle United to Liverpool v Fulham Live at 10.55pm on Saturday 22nd November 2008.
Both the Newcastle United and Chelsea supporters clubs in Singapore had arranged official gatherings at their respective bars for this match.
Switching the game last minute to CH21 ensured these gatherings had to be cancelled, with great distress to hundreds of our members.
Fulham have no significant following in Singapore, but both Chelsea and Newcastle United do so.
CH21 SuperSports Plus is not commercially available to licenced premises in Singapore, and we likewise complain about this also.
We checked on Thursday 20th November and our match was schduled for CH22. We require 2/3 days notice to call our members together for a gathering.
We are greatly dissappointed in Starhub's disregard for our supporters.
