This petition hearby demands, that any and all oil companies that documented record setting profits in the fiscal fourth quarter of 2005 pay said record profits to the victims of Hurricane Katrina. This petition also demands that said oil companies publicly apologize for taking advantage of the people of the world and the people whom were effected the most by the disaster.
