In opposition of WWE's self-serving and product-destroying "Stand Up for WWE" campaign (launched October 18, 2010), We the Fans of Professional Wrestling hereby voice our support for OnlineOnslaught.com's "Stand Down for WWE" campaign (launched October 19, 2010).
We feel it is in the best interests of WWE and its fans if the political ambitions of Linda McMahon and the TV product presented on shows such as Monday Night RAW were kept completely seperate, and if WWE would focus on entertaining its global fanbase rather than mobilizing us for a Senate race limited to the state of Connecticut.
All materials pertaining to this campaign are housed at http://www.oowrestling.com/stand-down.html, including our current mission statement and any/all possible future amendements to our Constitution.
