Our house, our heritage, our home

We, the undersigned, members of Clarkson University's Delta Upsilon Fraternity, and the former Lambda Iota Chapter are petitioning to invoke our voting privileges as members of the alumni corporation, in ordinance with the Delta Upsilon Alumni By-laws (Article II, section 1) to prevent the sale or lease of the current property at 30 Elm Street, Potsdam, NY to any organizations or parties whom are not affiliated or associated with the current organization. We would like to stay any and all real estate activity, which may result in loss of title or occupancy of the residents.

The subject at hand can and should be discussed at the next annual meeting.
