We ask PayPal (www.paypal.com) to allow all citizens of the European Union (EU) to send and receive money via PayPal.
All EU countries have adopted the EU laws, standards, conformity assessment procedures, and the practice of CE marking. Therefore, there are no legal or any other obstacles, which should prevent citizens of a particular EU country from using PayPal.
List of the EU countries whose citizens are not currently allowed to send/receive money via PayPal:
