We, the undersigned JMC students, request the ability to input PELS data directly from remote computers via PULSE, as well as or in place of PDA uploading. PDAs are cumbersome, expensive, and in no way otherwise indispensible except for PELS. It is an undue financial burden to require us to purchase costly devices and maintain them for something easily performed online. Online submission can be done daily with equal efficiency and accuracy from rotation assignments or home.

agreed. a pocket pharmacopeia does exactly the same tricks. it is tedious to input PELS into the palm anyway... it would be much more time-effective to be able to enter them at a PC.
