Penalize Intentional Stripping of the Football

We request that the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association add 3 new rules to all football, basketball, and track events in the state of Oklahoma under their jurisdiction.

1) Intentional and obvious stripping of the football shall be a 15 yard penalty.
Reason: Most people consider this cheating, and not good sportsmanship.

2) Hanging on the goal after dunking the ball to be prohibited with the points not counting.
Reason: It's unnecessary showboating, and has the potential to damage the goal and backboard.

3) All runners who false start on the first start are disqualified as well.
Reason: It simply isn't fair for the first false starter to get a second chance, while the second one doesn't.

The mandate of the OSSAA is on the home page http://www.ossaa.com/, and I quote

"The OSSAA encourages all athletes, fans, and coaches to practice good sportsmanship!!!
SPORTSMANSHIP IS EVERYONE'S RESPONSIBILITY, DO THE RIGHT THING!!!!"

We respectfully request that the OSSAA does "THE RIGHT THING," and adds or modifies the rules as necessary to indeed, make good sportsmanship and fairness our number one priority as an example for the future leaders of tomorrow.
