Permanent removal of aggressive dogs from 1236 S. Clark

As many of you have noticed, there are 5 dogs that are allowed free reign throughout our neighborhood. The dogs owner lives at 1236 S. Clark Cedar Hill, TX. Many of our concerned neighbors have called the city and complained about the dogs, but Cedar Hill Animal Control have limited options in the regards of citations and catching the animals when they are able to catch them. But the owners always pay the fines and get the dogs back, so they can once again run our streets free. The dogs are known to be aggressive and travel in a pack of 5 dogs. The cycle needs to come to an end. This petition is to ask the city to permenantly remove the dogs from the owners custody. We need to come together as a neighborhood to make our streets safer for kids and adults alike.
