We, the undersigned New Mexicans, call on Senator Pete Domenici and Representative Heather Wilson to volunteer to testify before Congress about their roles in the firing of U.S. Attorney David Iglesias. President George Bushs and Attorney General Alberto Gonzaless staff is testifying about their conversations with Senator Domenici and Representative Wilson about the firing of Iglesias, so we expect nothing less of our own elected officials. We call on you to make yourselves available to the Congressional committees investigating this matter now in order to resolve unanswered questions about whether you pressured Iglesias and then called on Karl Rove to fire Iglesias after he refused to cooperate on the eve of the 2006 elections.
