"ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS - THE BRING BACK HOLLY VALANCE PETITION"
HOLLY VALANCE launched her pop career with the #1 UK Hit "Kiss Kiss", which was followed by "Down Boy" which reached #2 in the UK Singles Chart. Shortly after her debut album, "FOOTPRINTS" - a piece of pure pop perfection, was released and hit the #9 spot in the UK Albums Chart!
The album featured classic tracks like "Whoop", "Cocktails & Parties", "Connect" and the final single from the album "Naughty Girl" which was accompanied by a spectactular video. "Naughty Girl" entered the charts at #16.
"State Of Mind" followed, taken from the album of the same name, which reached #8 in the charts. Within a few weeks after the album was released, which can only be described as Pure Pop...topping it's predecessor by quite some distance. Sadly, due to poor promotion and bad timing the album plummeted in at a shocking #60. This, as far as Holly's record company were concerned, was the end of the line for Holly who subsequently was dropped.
This is where we come in, as fans we'd love to see Holly back in the studio recording a new album and topping the charts, it's where she belongs afterall...
We NEED your help though, we cannot bring Holly back on our own. We need you to have your say...and for all we know someone may actually listen to what the fans want for once...
