Respected Madam,
Kesariyaji is a Jain Tirth. Even the courts have been confirming the same all through out. Recently the sate government has been ordered to handover management of Kesariyaji to Jain religions relevant denomination.
It is ironical that under the guise of maintaining law and order situation BJP Government in Rajasthan has been denying justice to Jains. Can there be a bigger and more serious lacking in law and order situation than the fact that succumbing to violent riots the Government is denying justice to Jains.
In todays world other people would have forgotten the strength of non-violence; however, we the Jains have not. Our being Non-violent minority shall not be considered as our weakness.
We the Jains are , have been and shall always be committed to upliftment of weaker section of the Society. We shall continue to work for all round development of local Adivasi community.
We call upon the BJP Government in the State of Rajasthan to accept our just and fair demand of implementation of the Supreme Courts recent Order
