We the residents of Kentucky urge Gov. Fletcher to bring forth new laws which would protect animal breeders against unjust confiscation of their animals by local Humane Societies. We believe that everyone should have the right to own & Breed animals and that all breeders have the right to not be continuously harrassed by the local humane society. We ask that Gov. Fletcher make Kentucky the first state to enact such laws which would protect breeders from constant harrassment & unjust confiscation of their animals & unjust prosecution. Thank You.
