Petition to Gwynedd Council to lift the S106 restriction from Fritz's House

This is a Petition to Gwynedd Council to lift the S106 restiction on the house Bwythyn Y Ffrwd, belonging to Fritz, (David Wyn Williams). With the S106 in place Fritz is only able to sell his house to people who are permanent residents in the area. As a result the bank is unwilling to allow him to mortgage and he could lose his house.
Gwynedd Council should be supporting local residents and enabling them to live and work in the area without restriction. This section 106 could force a local out of his own house if it is not lifted. Fritz has no intention of selling his house to a holiday maker, he just wants to be able to stay in the house he built for his children. To show your support for this application for the S106 to be lifted please put your name to this petition.
