Petition to Reform and Restore TennCare Safely and Responsibly

We believe that the TennCare cuts are unnecessary and dangerous. We believe that if the most vulnerable in the state do not get the health care they need we will all pay. Therefore, we call upon the people of Tennessee and its governmental bodies to reverse the cuts. We believe real and safe TennCare reform is a matter of simple justice. The cuts that the state government is making are unfair and immoral and do not reflect the strengths, values, and compassion of Tennesseans. We petition all state elected officials to call for a Special Legislative Session to reform and restore TennCare in ways that are safe and fiscally responsible.
