POGO Prize rules for outside the US , Changes needed

To all Pogo players outside the US and Canada
Did you know that you are "NOT" eligible to win prices ??
Even though we pay the same as the US citizens a month

And they don't tell you this when you sign up !! you have to look hard to find it yourself !

this petition is to get these rules changed or at least a pop up box explaining this rule when you tick the "outside the US box"

Please sign it as its not going to change until we kick up a fuss

POGO PRIZE GAMES OFFICIAL RULES

1. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who already have connection to the Internet and an e-mail account.
U.S. legal residents must be 18 years or older to win cash prizes. Canadian legal residents must have reached the age of majority in their state/province of residence to participate.
If you're under 18, see the teen prizes to find out what you can win.
Membership in the Pogo Affiliates Program is not grounds for ineligibility.
