Private Exams Pattern and Ethics

Based on private exams certification companies offer jobs. To get Certified, one has to clear the private exam. Based on certificatified people lots of work is outsourced. But some people intentionally for sake of money and to spoil the country reputation and prestige, the same questions are given in exams every time and many people are getting certified without knowledge. As the innocent people are clearing exams based on repeated questions, they are unable to do work properly and this is causing much damage to BPO industry.  Beware of cheats, institutes and people encouraging the alternate way to clear the exam.Study, Please post your opinion

1) Should they repeat the same questions again and again?

2) Repeated Questions leads to paper leak?

3) Lots of poeple will certify without knowledge

4) Why these guys are keeping quiet in india? No one has right to play with education system of India. Every one has to study, do practice, get knowledge and then clear the exam.
