Proper Placement for the Letters Q and Y

We, the undersigned, do petition those people in charge of the U.S. alphabet, to right past wrongs by moving the letter "Q" further toward the end of the alphabet. In addition, we feel that the letter "Y" has been slighted by placing it one spot from the end.
We vow to keep bringing awareness on these Q-Y injustices until they are rectified.
Furthermore, we would like to seek the immediate reprinting of dictionaries so that words like "queen," "qualify," and "quotient" do not appear BEFORE glorious "Y" words such as "yes," "yolk," and "yellow."
Perhaps one day, we will live in a world where "Y" gets its just due, and "Q" can properly go to the back of the darn line!
Until then, we all dream for a bright future for our children.
