Protect The Name Of Jesus

For over 2,000 years the Christian faith has embraced the name and entity of Jesus Christ as sacred and powerful. Many current and past film & television productions have disregarded the sacredness and the sanctity of his precious name through vulgar and careless use.

The name Jesus Christ is often used in the same context as well known profanity sayings and other filthy communication thereby reducing this sacred name and the power it represents to a meaningless and trivial phrase. This petition, to be submitted to the Motion Picture Association Of America, is the beginning of a movement to let Hollywood production studios and all other media producing entities know it is no longer acceptable to use the name Jesus Christ in a disrespectful and sacrilegious manner.
