PS3 Deactivate All Systems Option

This is a petition to Sony to create a firmware update that gives users the 'Deactivate All Systems' option which will free up all 5 system slots on your account.
Sometimes the case is that someone sold their PS3 and forgot to deactivate the system from their account or they received the Yellow Light of Death and got rid of the PS3. In my case, my account was hacked (partially my fault for having a bad password) and now my slots are all used up by the hacker and most likely his friends. iTunes has a Deactivate All Computers option and I fully believe that Sony should create the same thing.
Even if you have not had this problem, please sign the petition to help those of us who have experienced it and those who might experience it. What harm could it do? Thank you.

I think this is a great idea, and would be very beneficial to all PS3 users. I have had three PS3's that have had either ylod or have broken from another fault and it is impossible to deactivate those systems without having to contact Sony and waiting wee
