Publicize criminal records for thieves, burglars, and robbers.

Currently it's difficult to decide who's to hire. Job competition is fierce.

1. One thing that employer want to know is whether a person has a criminal record or not.

2. Employers often have to face huge lawsuits should one of his employees have criminal record. By making criminal records available online, employers can cheaply obtain such records easily.

3. Honest people are more likely to have a job now that the crooks are shifted out of the job pool.

4. Community will be benefited too. The rest of us can be saver because we know if someone in our complex is an ex-thief or burglar. We can avoid bad people.

5. This will provide additional deterrence for people that commit non-victimless crime.

6. It makes the world more meritocratic by being consistent. Businessmen have to face public defamation when they make a mistake, why real crooks don't have too?

7. Many argue that when crooks cannot get an honest job, they'll keep stealing. However, such strategy is appeasing. It basically says that we do a favor to those crooks so they don't steal from us anymore. Would you rather fear thieves or would you rather they fear you?

So make conviction records available online for all non-victimless crime, such as stealing, robbing, murder, etc.
