Punish Turner Broadcasting for Terror Scare in Boston

We are cable TV subscribers who are disgusted with Turner Broadcasting's idiotic marketing ploy of placing electronic devices and setting off a terror scare in Boston to promote a cartoon show. In addition to whatever legal action the City of Boston and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts bring, we believe that Turner and others will only fully understand the consequences of such an action if they are penalized "measure for measure".

Therefore, we demand that cable providers suspend broadcast of Turner's Cartoon Network for a period of at least 30 days, and place on the related channels a note that they will not tolerate that kind of irresponsibility from its content providers. Their legal staffs should also determine that Turner's stupidity is a violation of their agreements with the providers, such that they not lose any revenue from canceled advertising or from payments made to them by Turner.

These actions would demonstrate the cable providers' commitment to responsible business practices.
