We, the undersigned, have found Governor Rick Perry to be acting in bad faith in matters of governance. Due to his lack of thought in the matter of the, now state mandated, HPV vaccination for 6th grade girls, we do request the right of recall be given to the people of the State of Texas from this point on for all government officials. As elected officials are elected to serve the will of the people, therefore the people need a mechanism to ensure that our government does not cease to act in our best interests.
