Reinstate Spring Day at LSE

The students of Lincoln Southeast High School wish to reinstate Spring Day. It is a valuable moral booster and easily overpowers any Pep Rally. We are asking for one day out of the entire school year to be kids, instead of kids who have to assume adult responsibilities.
