Release the Romance of the Three Kingdoms Series on PC in English

The Romance of the Three Kingdoms series is one of the finest strategy series in the world. The last Romance of the Three Kingdoms game to be released in English via computer is Romance 4. Since then, America has only received console ports, while Europe has missed out on numerous installments. In addition, the console ports lack many of the features, higher resolution, and entertainment value of the PC versions, as well as the Power-Up Kit (PUK) capabilities.
Releasing these games in their native PC form in North America and Europe, even just in English, would build upon Koei's widening fanbase. There are those of us who've bought the Chinese or Japanese versions and played them thoroughly, dictionaries in hand. If Koei released the game in English for the computer, with PUK support, then many consumers in the European and American markets (and even other parts of the world), who already appreciate Koei's other efforts, such as Dynasty Warriors or Samurai Warriors, would purchase the Romance of the Three Kingdoms series for the PC as well. In addition, Koei would attract additional consumers who like historical simulations (which is a huge market in the Western gaming world).
Many of us do not wish for simply a console port which leaves out some of the original features and does not include Power-Up Kit capability, which drastically increases replaybility. We have signed this petition to strongly urge Koei to translate and release the Romance of the Three Kingdoms series in English-speaking markets, even if just on a downloadable basis as with Dynasty Warriors 4 Hyper.
