After several experiences with GM Jcblue in which he makes accusations with no evidence, grounds, or reason, we feel that it is necessary to take action against him. We also feel that he misrepresents the customer service of Square Enix and PlayOnline. Players have been suspended, and even banned, because of this man's detrimental actions toward the customer base of Final Fantasy XI Online.
For these reasons, we feel that it is mandatory to remove GM Jcblue from his position.
