Remove Tetsumonchi as an Administrator

Tetsumonchi, an administrator on the Miniclip forums, has recently been found leaking information from the staff forum. He has also been found targeting and using other members, among other crimes. Instead of handling this issue properly, he has been avoiding us, saying that he is very busy with college and work, when he is seen active on other websites. He has also been deleting threads, and posts regarding this issue. Many people have already started to leave. Almost all of the community does not trust him. We do not want him as an admin any longer. We deserve someone trustworthy.
