Request for TECMO to drop complaints against modding site

Dear TECMO INC,

We the undersigned, feel disturbed and alienated that in what we acknowledge is your right in protecting your Intellectual Property, that you have misinterpreted what we the undersigned have considered to be a harmless enhancement to a game that continues to grow in popularity not only on it's own merits but on the popularity given to it by said dedicated fans, aspiring game makers and artists.
We the undersigned feel that we have done no wrong and have never had any intent to cause harm to your Intellectual Property. Some of the undersigned are part of a group of dedicated fans that not only attempt to stop the proliferation of pirated games but by word of mouth and through the use of the Internet attempt to increase the popularity of TECMO games, others are simply fans that wish to see enhancements to the games which they've already purchased with characters that would normally be out of the question due to licensing issues, and also bring further enjoyment and re playability to said purchase.
We the undersigned understand that pirating games not only diminishes the value of TECMO's Intellectual Property and the investment the undersigned have made in the games, but almost certainly guarantees that further development of said Intellectual Property will cease from lack of sales.
The undersigned believe that any use of what TECMO identifies as their Intellectual property (ie, screen shots, and movies etc.) has been not only for commenting, criticizing, reporting on upcoming games, criticizing game features, criticizing new enhancements made from fans, but to also teach ourselves how to become better artists and programmers using what we have considered until now a very high standard in game development and incredibly enjoyable games.
Ultimately we are incredible fans of TECMO's games. We only wish to give TECMO and it's I P's the same resilience and longevity that games like Half Life, Unreal Tournament, DOOM, Quake, Counterstrike and so many other games enjoy due to a faithful l community that continues to grow and love said games.
We the undersigned would like TECMO to drop all legal matters and complaints against Ninjahacker.net on the merits we have earned by being faithfull, recurrent customers and tremendous fans.
