Requirements For Any Further Concessions

The undersigned pilots of ATA Airlines, do demand, in order to approve any future pay concessions the following items must be met:

1) Removal of all current management personnel, in a timely manner, to ensure that a new plans and ideas can be devised and implemented to help ATA survive.
2) ONE business plan be devised and a subsequent committee be formed, to ensure the plan is not only resonable, but is also followed IN A TIMELY FASHION. If any item in the plan is not implemented, a snap back of pay will ensue.
3) A profit sharing plan be implemented that requires and is based soley on an operating profit. If an operating profit does not exist, then payback will be made in form of stock options or an equivalent.

The undersigned will reject any concession request that does not involve the above items and requests that no further talks be attempted between ATA ALPA MEC and ATA Airlines management unless these items are contained in the agreement.
