Byron Brown, and Ellicott District Council Member Brian Davis who constantly have engaged in illegal, immoral and unethical behavior.
These two individuals have engaged in illegal political patronage, misuse and misappropriation of federal funds, interference of police investigations, miscue of law enforcement agencies to conduct opposition research into political competitors of Mr. Davis and Brown, and these two persons have misrepresented/perjured pertinent facts and figures of various matters
