Dear Honorable Judge Sargus,
The docket reflects that you have requested the input of Ohio consumers regarding the PROPOSED settlement before this court. We the believe the settlement agreement as proposed is unfair and a sham to consumers.
1) The amounts are too small and only a fraction of the total amount of the fraud perpetrated by Ricart Automotive/Paydays and should be greatly increased to reflect actual values.
2) The amount does not take into consideration interest earned by Ricart/PayDays; and this should also be adjusted for inflation and interest lost to consumers in the settlement amount.
3) Ricart/PayDays should not be allowed the right to offset payouts to outstanding balances or credited to their Central Ohio Credit Corporation accounts but instead paid directly to consumers.
4) Consumers who are unable to be contacted by the deadline should have their funds deposited into the State of Ohio's unclaimed funds depository rather than being nullified as prosposed.
5) This court should seriously consider referring this case to the US Attorneys office for criminal prosecution with respect to Racketeering (RICO) statutes

Ricart salesmen cannot be trusted. I negotiated a lease turn in and was told by the salesman that they would pay for the overage on the miles but I ended up having to pay for them or have it on my credit report. Make sure everything they say is in writing

I believe the money should be taken off my loan now but have been told that when the loan gets down to 350 dollars then they will make the adjustment. That is not a valid way to do this business.
