Rick Baker to Sign Kyoto Protocol

The City of St. Petersburg,Florida, as well as the rest of the world has an obligation to protect and preserve by effectively reducing our waste and promoting recycling and creating initiatives to preserve our wetlands and forests. The undersigned in this petition demand that the Mayor of St. Petersburg, Rick Baker, sign the Kyoto Protocol and allow pickup recycling provisions to be created. We also hope that other mayors and politicians in the State of Florida follow by signing The Kyoto Protocol and pushing for stronger recycling initiatives.
