We the undersigned citizens of the United States of America hereby direct the Attorney General and the Justice Department to begin utilizing the RICO Act in the prosecution of unlawful employers within the United States.
We consider hiring in violation of the law to be an ongoing criminal enterprise that does especially harsh damage to the national economy in times of high unemployment, and demand that those perpetrating this criminal enterprise be held accountable for the damage they have done to the nation. We want the leaders of the enterprise arrested and their assets seized and applied to the resolution of the problem their criminal actions have caused.
