Riverside Park

This is a request for consideration of adjustment in the parking policies at Riverside park located on Park Street in the Riverside area. Between the hours of 5:00 and 6:00 in the afternoon, the allowance of parking on the right lane of Park street creates severe back-up. The traffic is almost always "stop-and-go" all the way from San Marco. With having it take anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes to get a total of about 1 mile of distance, this creates pure frustration and anger from people that must drive the route daily. As a proud resident of Jacksonville, I simply ask for this issue to be investigated.
