This petition aims to prevent the launch of a European version of online casual game "Audition Online Dance Battle", hereafter "Audition", by a licensed party agreed upon by developer and intellectual property owner T3 Entertainment and it's subsidiaries.
Q10 Entertainment Europe Ltd, the European representative wing of T3 Entertainment of Korea, entered into contract with a media firm in order to give the firm exclusive licensing rights over publishing and distributing Audition in 37 European countries. This media firm has absolutely no prior experience with the videogame, computer game or online game markets and sees this as purely an investment opportunity.
Bottom line: the company that will be setting up a European version of Audition will not care about the game or it's customers - you, the players - and it will be a failure and complete disappointment for everybody.
We the undersigned petition that the contract agreement between Q10 Entertainment Europe Ltd and the licensee be nulled, and a royalty based contract entered into between Q10 Entertainment Europe Ltd and ClubSuperstar, a competing company who had also hoped to distribute Audition within Europe and who had complete dedication to the product.
