This is a petition to the Judge in Sidney (Delaware County Court)to try to help our Randy "The Cat" from Rocks from the Garden stay out of jail and be granted probation instead. He was wrongfully accused of assault on a police officer who was undercover, pulled up in his driveway, then verbally and then physically started in with our Cat. Randy felt he was defending himself and now is up on false charges exaggerated by police who want to see him locked up. Please sign the petition and help justice be served correctly! We all love Randy who spreads so much joy through his music! Let's try to help enable him to keep spreading the peace and love with all enjoy and share through his music!!

I love the Garden & ran. This is non bias from me. The officer "OF THE LAW" was wrong in handling this situation. I would take it all the way to the Supreme Court!
