Several months ago, Pokemon USA had took the Merchandising rights of Pokemon from 4Kids, who had been running it for the last 8 years. However, e mails from Eric Stuart and Veronica Taylor, the 2 major voice actors who have been with the Dub since the beggining, have revealed that Pokemon USA will hire NEW VOICE ACTORS. Not new ones to continue such as other TV Shows have done, but to imitate the current ones in order to get same sounding voices.
May long time viewers believe this to be wrong as we all love the voices we ve been lissening to for the past 8 years. This pertition is to show Pokemon USA our anger and to reconsider their action by giving us the voice actors we all know and love. Its just not right a show, which has been going on for years, has to go through a major un-nessersary change like this.
